Their instability in fast curves comes from rear inner wheel coming up - the car is now running on two wheels and need experienced driver to not to go in the woods. You can lost control of Reliant in the curves if You are not careful, but rollin it over is not so easy.
You can design a safe delta vehicle by placing the center of gravity as close as possible to rear axle center.
