>>1126059>>1126061thanks a million for your time and advice.
i remain with the doubt about training 2 times a day though. i totally understand what you say, but also the same book at the beginning (table 1.1, chapter 1, page 3) shows an example of a two workout daily routine. and i remember he mentions this possibility quite a few times.
so i remain with the doubt, if i would do 2 workouts in a day..how should you do it? the same 2 times (if endurance-recovery rides i guess this would be cool), or different things? im lost!
thanks for explaining the warm up and cooling down time..for me that im choosing 550-600 anual hours i think that could make things fit. but again, what happens for someone doing ,lets say, 1000 hours? how would his training plan look, especially day by day, anyone have done it? can share it? just as a guide obviously.
youre right i have never properlly done intervals, just randomply played with them, but i have been taking recovery weeks and days, also learning how to feel fatigue and listen to the body. this next season is the first one im gonna be really serius about everything. well planned. thats why im trying to get things right. book seems very clear except i the final part, where you really plan days of a week. that got me lost.
i would like to see something like apendix D filled out, the annual training plan template (apendix B) that has some examples in one of previous chapters gives a global picture but isnt clear to me (day by day).
hope someone can give me hand please, would be much apreciated., thanks!
pic related is also not my bike.
