Correct you got me by words, of course they re align the frame all the time during the process of making it (align the front triangle, then align the rear on etc...) what i try to say was that if there is still a gap like this at the very end when the bike is finished, it goes into the trash bin.
here one personal picture of a factory visit where i saw how they align the fucking thing. Its a front part of a bmx but even a fucking small bmx front triangle needs to be perfectly aligned.
