Some people have a lot of trouble with installing it, and there is zero padding, so if your bike has a buzzy road feel I'd stay away. I've never had a good time with Cinelli, cork and otherwise. Shit tears easy and just falls apart after a few hundred miles. Some people swear by it tho. Supacaz is the same. Leather tape is great if you have some spare money. You'd have to be a gorilla to tear it and it lasts forever. Brooks and Leh make good shit. Odin's sewups make my peepee hard. There's a guy from Melbourne calls himself Busyman who makes fantastic custom stuff, but the waiting list is like a year now.
One of my bikes has this Serfas BT Synthetic Cork tape and I swear to fuck the stuff is unkillable. It's not the nicest feeling, but it's been on the bike for years and survived multiple rewraps, shitty commutes in all sorts of weather, idiots knocking the bike over, etc. I want to replace it with leather but it won't give me a reason to.
