Alright i found a feasible method to do the whole chain guard disk within the constraints of my 150x150 print bed. I printed it in 5 parts and they all have small bevels in they sides so they kinda lock together. The design seems to work all around ok though there could be some small improvements. Ought to keep my pants well away from the chain.
