But in spite of those two things, just having content creators discuss transportation infrastructure / planning / engineering / whatever we call it is good, because at minimum it gets normies thinking about it and at best maybe some of those people will actually be intelligent and motivated enough to properly study the subject matter and advocate for more efficient systems.
TL;DR I think the blame isn't necessarily on the Reddit urbanists and their existence is net-positive even if they're annoying.
