If I could do it over again I would have gone to a regional (preferably in base where I live), suck it up and upgrade then build turbine PIC time. I went to Women in Aviation last month and American said they are looking for applicants with 122 turbine PIC time. The artificial minimums are increasing and it looks like raw SIC time isn’t cutting it at the legacies anymore.
Then again i dont know shit and probably by 2025 everything will be different. This whole industry is pure luck
