personally though I don't like the use of reinforced epoxy for something that you're essentially depending on to not spontaneously fail and knock out all your teeth. When you don't know the history of it, it's even more sketty (you should always assume a seller is lying).
Also I know this isn't an original opinion on here, but garbon is only appropriate if you're literally doing a race where every gramme counts, and you're given a new bike for free specifically for that race anyway so longevity doesn't matter. MAMILs falling for this scam and "wanting to have a bike like the racers" for their 20 km/h coffee rides is the weirdest thing ever to me. to be fair having multiple severe fractures is the only way to get opiates legally in a lot of places, maybe they're playing 5D chess?
