TT handlebars come with a variety of spacers to raise or lower the aerobars and armrests and a variety of corresponding bolts for each possible spacer height. This video has been proven long ago to have nothing to do with carbon and instead everything to do with the team mechanic getting his ass reamed for being retarded.
