WIP is an engine servicing facility along what is supposed to be a freight train route, and it's packed with stuff like an ice dock, warehouses, gas plant, and in future a steel mill. Also has a full-on roundhouse with turntable and some engine service facilities. Another section of the layout, even more WIP, will have car shops and a smaller roundhouse. One of our dead sections also has a big cluster of warehouses and what I guess is supposed to be some kind of grain processing facility. Right now we just put extra motive power and cabooses there.
