the answer to your question depends on what you mean by your chain coming loose - if you're riding a bike with derailers and the chain is falling off either side of the cassette/chainrings it means you need to adjust the low/high limit screw on the relevant derailer. If you're on a single speed it's probably that that's too much slack in you chain and that's allowing it to bounce off.
