>>1124471I usually just try to make my bike a lot harder to steal than the one next to mine. I've even gone as far as stripping the bolts on my beater, Painiting it a color that no bike thief wants a bike to be and making it really hard to ride ( Fixed Gear).
I had some idiot kid try and steal my bike when I popped in for a quick coffee ( I could see my bike thru the window). He made it all about 30 ft and launched hisself over the handlebars and just took off. MFW
