On another note, Heathrow T5 is already directly connected to a heavy rail network via its own dedicated railway station - served by the new Elizabeth Line stopping service, the Heathrow Express non-stop service to London Paddington, and of course the Piccadilly Line of London Underground. Plus T5 has its own internal people-mover metro system that you seem to have forgotten about, and of course the usual bus terminal and road links.
