I bought the wrong headset, but I managed to accidentally scratch it up so can't return
What do I need for this kind of fork with my frame? The lower race sits nicely with a couple mm of contact with the base of the steerer, and the bearings and top cap all fit, its just this meeting point with the fork and the frame isn't flush at all. Is there a structural risk to not having the race completely flush with the entirety of the steerer crown or can I just cover it up somehow, maybe with silicon or epoxy putty?
