You're gonna buy that bike, and you're gonna not take care of it right, and when something breaks you're gonna take it to the bike shop and be flabbergaster that they charged you $100 to fix a small part on your $1000 bike.
All that on top of the fact that you won't even know its a nice bike.
Why not just buy a cheaper used bike and ride it until it breaks. Or something IDK its just dumb to spend that much on something you are JUST getting into. Do you even know why you would want a road bike, or drop bars, or shimano 105? Like you don't need 105 alu road bike to get into cycling ffs.
