We had a good 4-6 inches of snow on the trail today but I had some new tires on a very old bike and was determined to ride, so I just refused to quit. Did about 2 hours and enjoyed it very much, but found in the last 30 minutes that the sun was melting the snow a bit which made it significantly less fluffy and easy to ride through. And my damn seat kept sliding down ever so slowly so I had to readjust it every ten minutes. This is what happens when you revive bikes after 15 years in the basement, I guess. Everything is sorted now so on the group ride tomorrow I shouldn't have an difficulties.
