>>1747178You can manually assign CO's to projects outside of their range. That range is just for auto assigning. You can also set CO's to a tool in the side menu that allows you to assign multiple CO's simultaneously with drag boxes. As for building speed, it's gonna suck early on since you won't have that many workers or vehicles. Honestly I think they need to make road and rail construction faster since that takes ages with how slow the pavers, rollers, and track layers are. For roads just make sure you have actual busses working for the CO to get as many workers as possible on site. For rail, only use the EDK-300; every other track layer is a waste of time and resources.
