>>1390978Don't look at it as being bad, look at it as a baseline. If you look at your times when cycling and think "that's bad" you're gonna have a bad time.
Next practice you do make it your goal to beat that time by a few seconds and keep doing that every ride.
This way you reach your goal every, or nearly every ride and when you're smashing that time you can look back and see how far you've come.
