Pic related shows the car park of the cafe where the cyclists presumably meet - those houses are directly opposite. But they're set back from the road, how the fuck are they going to hear a few cyclists sipping coffee on a Saturday morning?
Apparently Jeremy Vine, a QC, and indeed the leader of that council all seem supportive of the cafe, so maybe soon they will change this stupid fucking decision:
