>>1131036>>1131169>>1130960I am 69-70 kg and 6'2" (yes i'm crossing unit systems fuck off). If you knew anything about cycling related lifting, you'll know it's all for muscle recruitment and then some explosive power. I started lifting last winter and didn't gain any bulk but my sprint improved significantly. I consider myself a climber more than anything and I can break 1100 watts almost whenever I want. Somewhat unrelated but I can also pushups with ease.
I know you're trolling, but getting some time in the gym in the winter is very good for a cyclist. It's a nice change of pace, makes you stronger overall and helps with bone density among other things.
I do squats, leg press, leg curl, box jumps and core/balance exercises. All very crucial for a well balanced cyclist. IF NOTHING ELSE, at least do a core regimen a few times a week. Your stability, comfort on the bike and ability to be explosive will all improve. It's very easy to do.
Now fuck off, soyboy. I bet you're that runner faggot. I'm also not any of the people you replied to besides the initial "L I F T" post
