First, I trued wheel laterally and radially, and aligned rear wheel to a middle of a bike, because it isn't symmetrical. Then I collected initial tension data. Here you can see them on left, front wheel top and rear wheel bottom, for visualisations I used parktool/wta web app. I have no info about my maximum rim tension, so it is all a guess work, i think 90 kgf is normal for my wheel. And then to my best ability i tried to smooth peaks of tension, remove big tension difference between spokes on one side, equalise left and right side in average tension (only needed on symmetrical front wheel). And now we arrive at right side of an image, how my wheels currently tensioned. Actually it was fun, and I feel better knowing what flaws my alignment have, and also how bad my rear wheel beat up. I can recommend doing this sometimes.
