For me, it's 1950s ranch homes with shaded streets. Before some retard screams about "muh suburbs" this is less than five miles away from downtown Austin, solidly blue, and denser development is in every direction. The downside is you can't afford to live here unless you're wealthy, these are basically $500k homes now.
