>>1629921>>1629923>>1629930You don't need the nose, but you need to have the saddle drop away from your thighs to avoid that "table edge" feeling. I use clones of the ISM Sport and it is pretty perfect. It's more like an eggshape with the sides sides relieved and the center cutout. That make it have a VERY short nose that you don't feel at all, because it only exists in areas where you are putting no pressure. And you get used to steering with it, I have never once felt like the bike was going to slip out from under me.
