I sold old trash wheels and bought new XT wheels for very cheap. Next thing I need is a new rear derailleur. I can't decide if I should switch to 9s, as I would also need to get a front derailleur, chain and shifters, while I can go 8 speed and still get a good gear range. Should I get an old used Deore or a new Acera? The Deore would be half as expensive, but it would most likely be worn, but I've heard they can take a lot of abuse
