Kek, these two posts are going to be topkek. I kept telling you how costly building metros was, especially in smaller cities. The GoI finally realized it after building tonnes of loss making metros that barely have any ridership.
Metro have become a source of massive loss and massive debt and to be honest, after the first metro line has come in the city, nobody really cares about government adding new lines and in small cities, like I said, nobody will be using those extra lines anyway.
So, how to get the same amount of votes you get for building Metros but for less money?
Simple, build modern Trams and start calling them Metros. Kek, They are planning on building trams and calling them MetroLite.
