Mexico city has a neat trolleybus system, it was in full shithole mode until recently with a large part of the fleet from the 80s and even a few units from the 70s. I think the 70s units are retired now as the line which ran them was cut back with the opening of the new metro line.
Also the current mayor seems to be favoring the trolleybus system and has opened a tender for a bunch of new trolleys, the first time in over 20 years.
