>>1157144>>1157144The Compass tires ride super nice - extremely smooth, and very low rolling resistance. Good grip in the corners - I blast down twisty mountain roads. I've put ~2000 miles on a pair of the 700Cx44mm version, and it looks like that have at least 1000 more miles of tread life left.
They don't set up tubeless *super* well - be prepared for a lot of sidewall weeping before they seal. And the sidewalls are thin - they're fine for dirt and gravel, but anything with sharp rocks will result in sidewall cuts - pic related.
Overall, if you have the clearance and want something with some cush that's still fast, I highly recommend them.
