110 km gravel / dirt ride today. Wind in the 20 kph range again. Thought I was going to get a break from the wind tomorrow, but nope instead of the previously forecast 10 kph its up to 25 gusting to 35.
Got ran off a dirt road by an inattentive farmer in a sprayer. Wasn't giving me much space then just as he got close, started veering directly into my path. Pulled back hard just as I rolled off into the ditch. Those dirt roads are only about 1.5 lanes wide so I'm usually ready for something dumb to happen when encountering traffic.
Saw a harem of deer early in the ride.
