When the chain runs over the rear derailleur jockey wheels, a sound like a pepper grinder comes out and I can feel the grinding in the frame. I cleaned the bearings, and the sound is still there. I assume the cage is out of alignment from a crash some weeks ago.
What's the best way to re-align it? Or do you think it could be something else? The chain was cleaned and oiled two weeks ago.
