Disabled people can use tiny little electric cars, or mobility scooters, in bike lanes. There are even ones a wheelchair can just roll into.
It's FAR easier and cheaper for disabled people to co-habitate spaces with bicycles than with cars.
Widespread societal bicycle transport will also drastically improve the general health of a population, as a lot of 'disabled' people are essentially just clinically obese and their 'disability' is caused by that.
