As for the sunglasses thing, I don't wear glasses but I'm pretty sure you can buy prescription sunglasses can't you? But I guess they cost money so I googled alternative solutions - apparently you can get cheap sunglasses that are designed to fit over prescription glasses, or you can get clip-on sunglass lenses that clip onto your existing glasses.
