>>1728405I think the only way this area could be made less of a warzone (short of tearing out half the exits, which would probably improve things overall but would piss off a ton of people) would be basically giving it the 485-77-115 treatment, where the people going from 485 inner to 115 don't interact with any 77 traffic except that which is also bound for 115
Doesn't fix all the people trying to turn right after 3a (not realizing caldwell is a block away and doesn't have a grade crossing), but at least getting to 3a would be less of a death trap
