I googled "Raleigh Port-" and came up with the Townsend.
Not too bad, desu. Good frame geometry, good frame material (Reynolds 520 being analogous to Reynolds 531).

Personally, I'd have gone a 1x SRAM X4 or Sturmey Archer setup, but that is my personal taste leaking. I might even get one and put that on there anyways.
