this is all a city-run "pilot" program where the city sets strict rules
you have to use a u lock to lock the jump bikes at the end to a metal sign or a bike rack.

its like 4 dollars an hour (after free 60) and i typically ride for anywhere from 1.5-2 hours when I do rides so that's at most 2-4 dollars a ride which is so cheap and theres no maintenance AND I can leave it anywhere in the city.
