backpacks can be used with any bike
bikes not built for carrying loads do not adapt well, very unstable handling and many component failures
bakers bike are the end game short of getting a bakfiets

and problems with spoke dish and bent wheel axles are not odd
going to the limit requires thicker spokes and better hubs and rims / spoke nipple eyelets
but the popularity of E bikes and their pig fat weight has made some of the more durable wheel parts available again
