>>983464>this is very cool, do you have any more information about it?Cheers. I don't know much about it other than it's European (550A is the Euro juvenile size) and I think it may be a Peugeot (when I first got it there was something that made me think that but I can't remember what).
>I'm assuming it was some kind of weird vintage craigslist find?Got it off Ebay, delivered. The seller didn't say it was a kid's bike, just small and I assumed that was the frame size (I didn't know shit about road bikes and didn't know what size I'd need), it was quite a surprise when I pulled it out of the box. I did consider trying to return it but it was unusual and interesting so I decided to keep it.
>I had to order a 22" tube at my bike shop for a customer and had a really shitty time doing soI think I'm still on the original tubes, 24" ones would probably work too. Finding tyres was a huge pain in the arse and these are the only two white walls I could find (had to go smaller in the rear for brake clearance, front is really tight). The front is Michelin and the rear is marketed as a wheelchair tyre and can be found rebranded under many names. Now I know it's 550A I can probably find some others.
