hell if it's merino then it will smell less too.
And all the posers buying outdoor gear just to flex are still propping up those brands and driving prices down for the entire industry. There's a small problem that their wants don't align with actual outdoor use, so they push brands in the wrong direction, but really it's self correcting because hipster still want to seem 'authentic' and for their brands to be, even if they themselves are not. So they're still going to want 'real' gear from 'real' outdoor brands that people use for purpose, even when they themselves just use it as a fashion statement.
It's kind of like freds getting memed on at the lbs, it's good for us all.
