Working in gravel sections to long road rides and stuff. Obviously not super rough, but you know, dirt roads and gravel.
Nice road tires are actually pretty good for unpaved roads, they tend to have excellent grip and a comfy ride for their size. They're better on gravel than marathons for example, even several sizes up.
The only issue is you're prone to cut them up, the tread, and the sidewalls. It's just expensive/risky. But that's the case for nice gravel tires like kangz too, just less so.

Narrow road tires are catagorically faster than nice gravel tires. You will notice the difference. It's like a few free gears of speed. That being said I don't mind riding nice gravel tires on the road. They are still fast.
