Question stills stands then, should I adjust the front handlebar to try to turn the verve into a ghetto dutch bike? Can the handlebar thing be pulled up out of the frame a bit as well? I don't really know anything about bikes and I can't find any info on this one in particular. Pic rel is the stem thing I was talking about adjusting.
