Does it make a difference if i ride 2x20 minutes each day to work mixed with gym and running or pull a 4 hour marathon once a week?
I've ran into issues only when doing long slow (thus less weight on legs, more on saddle) rides in inappropriate clothing.
If i MTB energetically in bibs for 2..3 hours i feel only exhausted, because i barely sit. If i cruise around for few hours with fags in shorts my butt and groin feels it.
