130bcd triple is a good idea if you can find a nice one, loaded touring up hills, i'd want to do both these changes.
your double fd will shift a road triple well, but the chain will probably drag on the lower plate if you crosschain small/small. Your rd will also likely drag. I don't consider either to be real issues, just don't ride that gear.
