I just got home from a Republic Airlines recruiting event, and found out their Cadet program has been extended to anyone who hold a Commercial certificate. The recruiter said as long as you have everything listed on pic related, you can apply for Republic as part of the cadet program. He said the interview for cadets is super easy, and once you pass it you have a guaranteed job at Republic once you meet the RATP mins (which they also help you with 100 of those hours).
It sure surprised me. I thought the cadet program was only for aviation degree students. But they said it’s now open to anyone who meets the requirements on the card.
