The tip of the saddle is 39-1/16 i ches from high. Top of handlebar is 37" flat.
So if it were traditional geometry I would go from 8 inches of seatpost and seat above the clamp to... 6-7/8 inches. Also the toptube would be shorter, the stays longe, the BB higher, the steerer tube shorter with a higher stack and longer stem.
Figured I'd humor you. I bought that frameset explicitly to run it upright while wearing a suitjacket or a fitted peacoat and I still run more drop than you in your boomer team Skye lycra.
