sweaty-wet is actually worse. i hate riding in rain gear, all that perspiration under the plastic sheet with nowhere to go.
Of course i sweat in short-short as well, but i don't feel disgusting with the wind taking it all away.
Temperatures i'll ride anything from 5+°C (40F in burgerspeak), and a lazy drizzle won't stop me, but fuck riding through proper rain.
