I know these numbers are pretty shit compared to any actual cyclists but I'm actually pretty satisfied them. My main goal is to get my average cadence to 90 but considering where I ride is basically all hills of various degrees my legs to get burning really fast. My HRM was on the fritz most of the ride so those numbers are skewed, not sure what was going on with it.
