People really seem to forget how to drive and use their eyes when around big groups. In the video, they missed plenty of opportunities to overtake because they were fixated on the group and how horrible it all was.
"Share the road" means absolutely everything to everyone and therefore is meaningless tripe. One thing it doesn't mean is "Share the lane" because that would be unsafe and idiotic. The signs also display an unsafe overtaking distance.
