That bike has the added bonus of being a -french- bike boom shitter, meaning extra cool and quite possibly extra archaic and esoteric standards on everything.
Bikes like that aren't so much bad, if they have good tires and ride, but not worthy projects and definately never worth more than $100. It would have been less than that new.
