>>1233042Yes you can. Consider however that it will require a stem shorter then the one you currently use, brifters compatible with whatever you now have, most likely new brakes and overall, unless you are building a franken-bike it quickly gets expensive.
If you want a taste of a fast bike, start with proper high-pressure tyres and add a pair of bar-ends mounted to the middle of the bars - this way you get a way to get an aero tuck without spending loads of money.
Or just sell what you have and get a proper road bike.
