>>1358235I can reach the hoods but large orders really do make it uncomfy. When I'm moving shit, my left hand is on the hood, sometimes drop, and my right hand is always on the top securing the bag, lifting the bag for bumps. Since my bike is fixed, I have additional speed control with the pedals when I can't use my right lever.
My smaller bag is easier to handle and what I use for most orders but I keep all the bags in my backpack just in case. I'd bungee it but some (most) orders can't be bungeed. Only heavier orders really affect handling.
A couple years ago I started with a rear rack and side baskets on a different bike but I had a problem with spills on that kind of setup. Same thing with backpack carry. So this is the setup I've ran with. If it's late, it's late, timing is beyond my control sometimes but if it's spilled, that's worse.
