I flew across Russia months ago. Go all autism on it and look up Russian procedures. Use Metric flight levels, QFE, HPa.
Protip: Don't set the altitude selector to the airport elevation, or 0 ft. You must always set it to an altitude related to the procedure which will keep the autopilot from flying you into the ground should you fuck everything up. The altitude selector is a safety tool, and required for modern jets. You disable it by setting 0100ft like in this image.
